How much do your services cost?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments by card and digital wallet via Stripe and PayPal, international transfers via Wise, and UK bank transfer via Tide. All invoices and payment links are issued through these regulated providers.
Do I own the work you produce?
Yes. On full payment of an invoice, all final deliverables, source code, designs and assets created specifically for you become your property, as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Deposits secure your project slot and cover work already performed and are generally non-refundable, while any prepaid work that has not yet started can be refunded. Full details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
How long does a project take?
Timelines vary by scope. A small website or design package may take one to three weeks, while a full custom software or mobile app build typically takes several weeks to a few months. We provide an estimated timeline in every quote.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. We offer optional maintenance and support retainers covering updates, fixes, hosting management and continued development or marketing once your project is live.
How do you handle my data and confidentiality?
We handle personal data in line with UK data protection law and treat client information as confidential. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, and we are happy to sign a mutual NDA.
